Clarification Text

As ORACLE TOURISM INVESTMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION TRADE INC. ("Company"), we show the utmost sensitivity regarding the security of your personal data. With this awareness, as the Company, we place great importance on processing and preserving all kinds of personal data belonging to all individuals related to the Company in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). With full awareness of this responsibility, as the "Data Controller" defined under KVKK, we process your personal data as described below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

In this clarification text:

  • Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK"): The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which came into effect after being published in the Official Gazette on 07.04.2016.
  • Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system.
  • Data Processor: The natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller based on the authority given by the Data Controller.

Data Controller:

Your personal data, which you share with the titles of counterpart, supplier, customer, employee, intern, visitor, etc., will be evaluated by ORACLE TOURISM INVESTMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION TRADE INC., designated as the data controller, within the scope specified below.

Collection, Processing, and Purpose of Processing Personal Data:

Your personal data may vary depending on your relationship with our Company; it can be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods, company units, website, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar means. Your personal data can be created and updated as long as your relationship with our Company continues.

The collected personal data will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the purposes of ensuring that necessary work is carried out by relevant business units for you to benefit from the services of our Company, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the individuals in business relations with our Company, determining and implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies, and ensuring the execution of our Company's human resources policies,

  • In compliance with the law and rules of honesty,
  • Accurately and when necessary, kept up to date,
  • For specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes,
  • Processed in a manner relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed,
  • Stored for the period required by the relevant legislation or the purpose for which they are processed.

To Whom and for What Purposes Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred:

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, for the purposes of ensuring that necessary work is carried out by relevant business units for you to benefit from the services of our Company, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the individuals in business relations with our Company, determining and implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies, and ensuring the execution of our Company's human resources policies.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data:

Your personal data is obtained in any verbal, written, or electronic environment, for the purpose of providing our services within the framework of the purposes mentioned above, and to fulfill our Company's contractual and legal responsibilities fully and accurately. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and for the purposes mentioned in items (1) and (2) of this text.

Rights of Personal Data Owners Under Article 11 of KVKK:

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the methods set out below, our Company will conclude the request free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board stipulates a fee, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners have the right to:

  • Learn whether personal data is processed,
  • Request information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK,
  • Request notification of the transactions made as per items (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Request compensation for the damage in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

According to the first paragraph of Article 13 of KVKK, you can submit your request to use your rights mentioned above in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you need to submit your application to our Company in writing as per KVKK. In this context, the channels and procedures through which you will submit your application in writing within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK are explained below.

To use your above-mentioned rights, you need to send your request, containing your explanations regarding the right you wish to use from the rights specified in Article 11 of KVKK, clearly and understandably, including your identity and address information and documents identifying your identity, in written and wet-signed form by hand, via post or notary to Altınkum Mahallesi Atatürk Bulvarı No: 50/A Didim Aydın or to info@opdturkey.com.
